This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.

The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ

application is that he has submitted a representation before the

Director, Higher Education, Odisha, Opposite Party No.2 on 7^th

November, 2021. It is further submitted by him that the said

representation has not been considered till date.

Mr.Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate submits

that if a direction is given to the Director, Higher Education, Odisha

to consider the representation of the Petitioner, he shall have no

objection to it.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court disposes of the writ

application with a direction to the Director, Hither Education,

Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner

under Annexure-5 series with
