Heard Mr. M.K. Mallick, learned counsel for the petitioner and

Mr. D.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the State.

This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of

bail to the petitioner in connection with Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case

No.524 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1091 of 2023 pending

in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack under Sections 294,

341, 387, 506 of IPC.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected vide order

dated 18.10.2023 by the learned 2^nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Cuttack

passed in BLAPL No. 1330 of 2023 inter alia on the ground of nature

of allegations against the petitioner and impact on society and series of

criminal antecedents (twenty) of similar nature.
