Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 8.11.2007

passed by the learned court below in an application filed the petitioners for

correction of judgment and decree passed in their favour on 5.8.2006.

Briefly, the facts are that the petitioners filed suit for

declaration to the effect that they are owner in possession of land measuring

19 kanals 14 marlas, 1/3^rd share of 59 kanals 12 marlas, khewat no. 61-62-

63 khatoni No. 86-87-88 khasra no. 160, 161, 162, 163, 363, 1287, 1288,

1299, 854, 856, 857, 858, 859, 865, 872, 873, 874 as entered in jamabandi

for 1997-98, H.B. No. 338, situated in Village Bani, Police Station and

Tehsil Anandpur Sahib. The suit was decreed on 5.8.2006. Subsequently
