Plaintiff Jeewan Singh has filed a suit for declaration

that he was owner of the house in dispute. During the pendency

of the suit, an application was filed for brining on record legal

representatives of the deceased plaintiff. Vide order dated

10.2.2011, the evidence of the petitioners was closed on the

application for impleading the legal representatives of the

plaintiff. Hence, the present petition by the defendants.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

that on the last date, fixed for evidence of the petitioners, they

could not conclude their evidence as father of the petitioner
