“Hearing of the case was held through video

conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the

Courts.

The petitioner assails correctness of the order dated

14.01.2021, transferring him from Karnal to Kosli(Rewari).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has already applied for voluntary retirement,

which is pending approval. He also alleges malafide against

respondent no.6-MLA-cum-Chairman, Haryana Tourism

Department.
