The challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated

18.02.2005 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned District Judge, Hoshiarpur,

whereby the appeal filed by the defendant No. 1 against the order dated

09.08.2003 (Annexure P-2) passed by the trial Court, granting status quo

regarding possession, was set aside while accepting the appeal.

The plaintiff-petitioner filed suit for permanent injunction

restraining defendant No. 1 from interfering and dispossessing the plaintiff

from the land measuring 11 kanals 14 marlas and land measuring 17 kanals

16 marlas as per the jamabandi, attached with the plaint.
