The instant civil revision has been filed against the order dated

20.07.2016 (Annexure P-7) whereby an application filed by the petitioner/

plaintiff for amendment of the plaint in order to seek alternative relief for

recovery of Rs.51,00,000/- from the defendants, has been dismissed.
