Plaintiff no. 1 has filed this revision petition under Article 227

of the Constitution of India, impugning judgment dated 08.08.2013

(Annexure P-5), passed by the lower appellate court.

Suit has been filed by the petitioner and proforma respondents

no. 3 to 6 alleging that the plaintiffs are exclusive owners in possession of

the suit land measuring 68 kanals 05 marlas. Joint land was partitioned by

Assistant Collector vide order dated 23.05.2008. The said order was

executed on 03.06.2009. The plaintiffs purchased the suit land vide sale

deed dated 22.01.2009. Accordingly, plaintiffs are owners in possession of
