The instant writ petition has been filed against the order dated

22.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent-State Registrar of

Societies, Haryana in exercise of powers under Section 79 of the Haryana

Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 (for short the 'HRRS

Act').

It has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner that a statutory remedy of appeal before the Registrar

General, Firm and Societies, Haryana, is provided under the Statute. He

further contends that since the order was non-speaking, hence, the present

writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration that alternative efficacious remedy

has already been prescribed under the Statute, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ

petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the Appellate

Authority/Registrar General, Firms and Societies, Haryana.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberties as aforesaid.

Needless to mention that in the event of any such appeal being

preferred by the petitioner, an expeditious decision on the interim application

shall be taken.
