Petitioner Sukhbir Singh apprehending his arrest in a non-

bailable offence in case FIR No. 144 dated 28.3.2006 under Sections

420/467/468/471/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar,

has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.

I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the

contents of the FIR.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner sold his

share along with one Ram Ratti, who is alleged to have been impersonated

by Saraswati. Counsel further contends that Saraswati has already been

granted regular bail and her husband Mahender Singh, at whose instance,

she allegedly impersonated as Ram Ratti, has also been granted

anticipatory bail by this Court. Counsel contends that as far as petitioner is

concerned, he sold his share and he is not party to the conspirac
