At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the status report

dated 23.07.2022, by way of an affidavit of Kulwant Singh, HPS, DSP (HQ)

Kaithal, on behalf of State of Haryana, which is taken on record, subject to

all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

Although there is no assistance from the side of the petitioners,

yet learned State counsel submits that as per the status report, submitted by

him before this Court, present petition can be disposed of. Relevant

paragraphs of the said status report says as under:-

That during inquiry both the petitioners stated that from her

childhood petitioner no. 1 was living with her Nana-Nani in village

Chochra Distt. Karnal. My Nana engaged petitioner no. 1 with

petitioner no. 2 but her Maternal Uncle namely Naresh respondent

no. 4, his sons Rohi
