The present writ petition has been filed seeking grant of benefit

of 23 years advance promotional increment in view of the policy of the

Finance Department dated 23.04.1990 (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for

the petitioner submits that similar petitions i.e. CWP No. 24407 of 2018

titled as Malkiat Singh Vs. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited and

others and other connected cases, have been disposed of by this Court, vide

order dated 19.12.2018, keeping in view the order passed by a Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court in CWP No. 1013 of 2017 titled as 'Balvir Singh Vs.

PSPCL and another' alongwith other connected cases, decided on

29.11.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the

petitioner is seeking the similar direction as given by this Court while

deciding CWP No. 1013 of 2017 titled as 'Balvir Singh Vs. PSPCL and

another' on 29.11.2018.

the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this

Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017, titled as 'Balvir Singh Vs. PSPCL and

another' decided on 29.11.2018.
