This is an appeal directed by the appellants against the

judgment dated 18.2.2002 passed by Shri Harbans Lal, Additional Sessions

Judge, Mansa, vide which the appellants have been convicted under

Sections 450, 307,326, 326/34 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code

(hereinafter mentioned as - the IPC) and sentenced to undergo rigorous

imprisonment as under :-
