This revision petition is filed by the revisionist-

petitioner against the judgment dated 20.12.2010 passed by

learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, whereby while

affirming the conviction of the petitioner for offences under

Sections 419, 465, 471 and 120-B IPC passed by learned

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kapurthala, modified the

sentence and in fact, he was sentenced to undergo RI for a

period of two years under Section 419 IPC and fine of

CRR No.51 of 2011

Rs.1000/-, to undergo RI for a period of two years under

Section 465 IPC and fine of Rs.1000/-, to undergo RI for a

period of one year under Section 471 IPC a
