The present revision petition has been filed against judgment

dated 08.05.2012 rendered by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani

dismissing appeal filed by present petitioner against judgment of conviction

dated 25.05.2010 and order of sentence dated 26.05.2010 passed by learned

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhiwani in FIR no. 88 dated

27.03.2005, under Sections 279/337/304A IPC, registered at police station

Sadar, Bhiwani vide which petitioner was convicted for offences under

Sections 279/337/304A IPC and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment

for a period of one year and to pay fine of `2,000/- and in default of payment

of fine to further undergo simple imprisonment for one month for offence

under Section 304A IPC besides other sentences
