Notice of motion was issued in this case along with
notice re: condonation of delay on 21.03.2016 on the premise
that the petitioner was ready and willing to pay back the amount.
Petitioner was admitted to interim bail so as to allow him to
arrange funds to answer the claim of the complainant. It was
made clear that in case petitioner fails to satisfy the claim before
a specified date, the concession of interim bail shall come to an
end. Thereafter, neither the claim of the complainant was
satisfied, nor the petitioner came present in the Court despite
specific order. The bail was cancelled on 06.09.2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
