Present revision is against order dated 07.06.2014, passed by

learned Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali, whereby the

petitioner has been summoned on an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

in case FIR No.149 dated 18.08.2013, under Sections 304-B, 302 and 498-A

IPC, registered at Police Station Lalru.

Vide judgment dated 06.02.2015, passed by the Additional

Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali, accused-Jagtar Singh has been

acquitted while facing a trial under Sections 304-B, 302 and 498-A IPC.
