This petition was filed for issuance of directions to the official

respondents No.2 to 5 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners

from the private respondents No. 6 to 9 arrayed in the petition.

The petitioners had solemnized marriage against the wishes of

their parents. On 26^th October, 2021, following order was passed.

“Case heard via video conferencing.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner today

submits that the petitioner no longer wishes to pursue this

petition as the matter has been compromised between the

parties.

For counsel whose power of attorney is on record on

behalf of the petitioner, to say so, adjourned to 28.10.2021.

To be shown in the urgent motion list.”

Reply filed by the learned State counsel.

Today Mr. Pratuysh Sood, Advocate appears for Mr. S.S.

Momi, Advocate and reiterates that the matter has been compromised.
