Petitioners through this writ petition are claiming the

benefit which they are entitled to in the light of the judgment passed

by this Court in CWP No. 18754 of 1991 titled as Gurdev Singh and

others vs. State of Haryana and others, along with a bunch of writ

petitions decided on 18.01.2010 (Annexure P-4). Claiming the

benefit, petitioners have made representation dated 30.10.2011

(Annexure P-3) but no decision thereon has been conveyed to the

petitioners till date.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty may be

granted to the petitioners to make a detailed representation referring

therein their claim along with the judgment of this Court as well as of

the Supreme Court which cover their claim and some time may be

fixed for disposal of the same.
