Instant petition has been preferred under Article 226/227 of the

Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking issuance of a writ in the

nature of Habeas Corpus to get released the detenue namely Kamlesh

daughter of Ussan from the illegal custody of respondent No.4.

On instructions from ASI Iqbal Singh, Police Station Division

No. 4, Ludhiana, it has been submitted by learned State counsel that

Ms. Kamlesh daughter of Ussan/alleged detenue appeared in the Court of

Jurisdictional Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana and has suffered statement to

the effect that she has solemnized marriage with Ashish Kumar on

28.02.2016 at her own accord/sweet will and is living with him at Delhi.
