This petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the

order dated 30.11.2005 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Assistant Collector

Ist Grade, Rampura Phul, approving the Naksha Bay, after proceeding the

petitioners ex-parte; and the order dated 23.1.2008, passed by the

Commissioner, Faridkot Division, Faridkot, as well as the order dated

24.4.2008, passed by the Financial Commissioner, Punjab, whereby the

final order of partition passed by the Assistant Collector Ist Grade has been

upheld.

We have heard counsel for the petitioners and gone through the

impugned orders.

The only contention raised by counsel for the petitioners is that

the Naksha Bay was confirmed by the Assistant Collector Ist Grad
