The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under

Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated

14.06.2011 (Annexure P/10) and order dated 18.08.2011 (Annexure P/11)

passed by respondent No.4 – Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Sangrur, and

instrument of partition dated 23.09.2011 (Annexure P/12).

Brief facts of the case are that application for partition was

filed by Raghbir Singh and Tej Kaur (respondent Nos. 5 and 6

respectively) with regard to land situated in Village Saron, Tehsil and

District Sangrur. Khatoni of Naksha `Bay' (Annexure P/6) and Naksha

`Aara' (Annexure P-6/A) dated 29.05.2007 has been passed by the

Assistant Collector 1st Grade.

Reading of Naksha `Aara” reveals that respondent-applicants
