Feeling aggrieved against the impugned award dated

10.10.2011 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Labour Court,

thereby directing reinstatement of the workman with continuity of

service and 50% back wages, petitioner-management has

approached this Court by way of instant writ petition under Article

226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of

Certiorari for quashing the impugned award.
