Notice of motion which is accepted by Mr.Anil Rathee,

Additional Advocate General, Haryana. A com plete set of paper-book be

supplied to Mr.Rathee during the course of the day.

The petitioner m akes a grievance arising from the construction

of a government school near the cremation ground. It is stated that

necessary orders have been passed by the revenue authorities qua land

where the school had to be constructed but to no avail and that is the reason

the school continues to exist at the present site. The petitioner has sent a

legal notice dated 4.4.2013 (Annexure P-13) but there has been no

response.

We consider it appropriate to direct respondents No.1 to 3 to

take appropriate action in accordance with law keeping in mind the

annexures annexed to the present petition and deal with the representation

of the petitioner dated 4.4.2013 within a maximum period of one m onth

from today with intim ation to the petitioner.

Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
