supplied to Mr.Rathee during the course of the day.

The petitioner m akes a grievance arising from the construction

of a government school near the cremation ground. It is stated that

necessary orders have been passed by the revenue authorities qua land

where the school had to be constructed but to no avail and that is the reason

the school continues to exist at the present site. The petitioner has sent a

legal notice dated 4.4.2013 (Annexure P-13) but there has been no

response.
