The matter was settled between the parties vide order of this

Court dated 15.09.2016. Pursuant to that order New India Assurance

Company Limited has brought a crossed-cheque of HDFC Bank, Sector-14,

SCO-15, Gurgaon-122001, Haryana, RTGS/NEFT IFS Code

-HDFC0000090, bearing No.003856 dated 07.10.2016 for `4,00,000/-

(` Four Lac Only) in favour of Smt.Sushila Devi wife of Raj Kumar –

appellant No.1, which has been handed over to Mr.Perdhuman Yadav,

Advocate for the appellants.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of as settled.

Copy of the order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and

file be returned to the Hon'ble High Court.
