On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the only

aspect on which this petition is pressed before us is that the respondent-

authorities have not taken any decision one way or the other on the

representations of the petitioner. These representations have been

annexed as Annexures P/ 3 to P/ 6 addressed on 30.7.2013 and 10.9.2013

and yet the residential house of the occupant has been sold. It is further

stated that the loan was applied under the Mahila Udhyan Nidhi Scheme

for providing em ploym ent to women and that OTS has been accepted

beyond the stipulated date of other people including in the case of Ms.

Malti Thappar, Ex. MLA from Moga.
