Prevention of Hum an Smuggling Act, 2012 and the rules framed

thereunder emanates initially from the grievances of the Punjab Travel

Agents

reconsideration was sought of Rules (2) (1) (a & b) and the licence fee

payable. It appears that the petitioner-Associations thereafter sought to
