As agreed by learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel

and representatives of the respondent-Insurance Company, a sum of

Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), over and above the

amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellant in full and final

settlement of the claim in this appeal. As per the statement of learned

counsel for the appellant, the enhanced amount be paid to appellant.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the

Insurance Company to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five

Thousand only) by way of RTGS in the bank account of the appellant. The

details of the saving bank accounts shall be provided by learned counsel for

the appellants to the learned counsel for the Insurance Company within

seven days from today, failing which a crossed-cheque for the said amount

in the name of
