The present appeal was admitted on 20.11.2012.

Prayer in the present application is for preponing the

date of hearing and for disposal of the main appeal in view of

the compromise entered into between the parties whereby an

amount of Rs.1 lac has already been paid to the appellant vide

Cheque No.605857 dated 20.03.2018, over and above the

compensation already paid by the answering respondent No.2

as per the award of the Tribunal.
