The respondent No.7 filed an application under Section 111 of

the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (for short “the Act”) for seeking

partition of the joint khewat. The mode of partition was proposed on

08.7.2010 to which objection was filed by the petitioners on 19.8.2010. The

case was thereafter adjourned to 09.9.2010 on which date, the following

order was passed by the A.C, Second Grade, Fatehpur Pundri, District

Kaithal, which after translation reads as under:

“File is presented. Counsel for the applicants and

respondents along with their counsel are present.

Arguments on the mode of partition were heard. After

hearing the arguments, it was decided to inspect the
