The report of the Registrar General is permitted to be taken

on record as Annexure A-8 and the application is allowed.

CWP-8865-2013:

The High Court has already received intimation and, as

stated before us, the Governm ent of India vide a communication dated

18.11.2013 has conveyed the approval for creation of the requisite posts

with adjunct staff which will have to be recruited. This would naturally

provide relief to both the Presiding Officers, who are overburdened, as

also to the residents of Chandigarh to whom the justice is being delayed.
