The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution

of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the

respondents to stop the commercial activity/public nuisance in the Gali

Lekh Singh Wali, near Shiv Chownk, Sirsa with immediate effect and further

directing the respondents to take legal action against the persons who are

operating the illegal commercial activities/public nuisance in the area.

A representation dated 21.11.2011 was given to SDM,

Sirsa-respondent No. 3 for removal of the nuisance and further prayer is to

act under Section 133 Cr.P.C against these operators of the shop (P-1). The
