As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the

appellant as well as counsel for the Insurance Company, separately

recorded, a sum of Rs.2,60,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Sixty Thousand

Only) over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal is

allowed to the appellant in full and final settlement of the claim. The

enhanced amount be paid to the appellant-Kanta W/o Arjan Singh.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the

Insurance Company to deposit cheque in the sum of Rs.2,60,000/-

(Rupees Two Lac Sixty Thousand Only) favouring the appellant-Kanta

W/o Arjan Singh with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court on or

before 16.05.2019. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per

annum shall follow on this amount till
