Judge, Bhiwani dismissing the appeal of the plaintiff/appellant and

thus, upholding the findings dated 27.01.2010 of the Court of learned

Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Bhiwani dismissing the suit of the plaintiff

Ishwar Singh.
