As per the last order, the petitioner had been directed to tag

the case file of Transfer Application No.1005 of 2022 with this case. A

perusal of case file of said transfer application shows that the petitioner

had sought transfer of case No.DMC/508/2019 (Annexure P5) which was

<suit for declaration to the effect that order dated 31.03.2016 passed by

the Court of Ms. Harveen Bhardwaj, ADJ, Jalandhar in case

No.DMC/168/2015 titled as Gurmail Singh vs. Manjinder Kaur is valid

and legal and binding upon the defendant=. The said transfer application

was allowed by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2022.

It transpires that in the present petition, the petitioner is again

seeking transfer of same suit for declaration (Annexure P2). When
