The present regular second appeal has been directed against the

judgment and decree dated 17.10.2014 passed by the Additional District

Judge, Kurukshetra, accepting the appeal of the respondents-defendants

and thereby reversing the judgment and decree dated 27.1.2011 passed by

the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pehowa.

Harbhajan Singh, the appellant-plaintiff filed suit for rendition

of accounts on the premise that he was customer of the defendants and used
