The present revision petition under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India has been preferred against the order dated 18.09.2019

(Annexure P-4) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patti whereby

the application filed by the plaintiff-petitioner under Order XII Rule 8 CPC

has been dismissed.

The brief facts relevant to the present lis are that the plaintiff-

petitioner filed a suit for rendition of accounts of Shri Mahavir Jain Sabha

(Regd.) Patti, Tehsil Patti, District Tarn Taran w.e.f. 2013-14, 2014-15,

2015-16 and 2016-17 and its income and expenditure with consequential

relief of mandatory injunction directing the defendant-respondents to call the

General House Meeting of Shri Mahavir Jain Sabha (Regd.) Patti, Tehsil
