In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being

taken while hearing the matters in Court.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

material available on record.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with CR case

No.97/2020 of Police Station Deedwana (Nagaur) for the offence

punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 307, 120-B of IPC. He has

preferred this second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown the statement

of the father of the victim in which the father has said that he

does not want to take the belongings of his daughter because

after she is healthy, she along with her c
