Applicant-appellant Gordhan Ram convicted for ofence

under Section 8/21 read with Section 29 of the NDPS Act by the

learned trial Court has craved for suspension of sentence.

Learned trial Court by the impugned judgment dated 10^th

of August, 2015 convicted applicant for offence under Section

8/21 read with Section 29 of the NDPS Act and handed down

sentence of 20 years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs.2

lacs and in default of payment of fine to undergo sentence for

three years’ rigorous imprisonment.
