The earlier writ petition No.50/2019 filed by the

petitioner convict was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this court

vide order dated 21.02.2019.

As per the parole

recommendations, no one from the petitioner’s family resides at

the last known address.

In this background, I am of the view that the petitioner

convict does not deserve indulgence of parole. Accordingly, the

instant parole writ petition is dismissed as being devoid of merit.

The Full Time Secretary, District Legal Services

Authority, Udaipur shall ensure that a para legal volunteer goes to

visit the present petitioner in prison and confers with him and
