Heard learned counsel for the parties on the application for

suspension of sentence.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that only

allegation against the appellant is to inflict injury on the head of

the injured Randheer Singh. It is contended that as per the

statement of PW-4 – Dr. Naresh Garg and the statement of injured

PW-7 – Randheer Singh, it is clear that the appellant has inflicted

only one injury on the head of the injured Randheer Singh and
