By way of filing of the instant criminal misc. petition,

challenge has been made to the very lodging of the FIR No.

485/2019 registered at Police Station Pindwara, District Sirohi for

offence under Sections 19 and 54 of the Rajasthan Excise Act as

well as the investigation and all consequent proceedings initiated

pursuant thereof.
