rendered infructuous. The same is, therefore, dismissed.

Mr. K.S. Rajpurohit, learned Additional Advocate General,

however submits that the effective compliance of the order dated

08.12.2017, passed by this Court has been made.

In view of the submission aforesaid, this Court is not inclined

to continue with the present contempt petition.

The notices of contempt issued to the respondents are

hereby discharged.

The contempt petition is dismissed for statistical purposes.
