After arguing the matter for some time, Dr. Soni, learned

Senior Counsel representing the appellant, craves liberty to

withdraw the instant special appeal (writ) submitting that the

appellant may be allowed to prosecute the representation which it

has submitted to the District Collector, Barmer for redressal of its

grievances. Accordingly, the special appeal (writ) is disposed of as

withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
