Learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press

the present second bail application filed under Section 439 of

Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner at this stage, however, seeks

liberty to file fresh bail application after the statement of Seizing

Officer and the Investigation Officer are recorded before the trial

court.

Dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.

However, the trial court is directed to record the statements of the

aforesaid witnesses on priority basis expeditiously.
