The present bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial custody in

connection with F.I.R. No.282/2021, Police Station Gangasheher,

District Bikaner, registered for the offence punishable under

Sections 323, 307, 395, 458, 149 and 120-B of the Indian Penal

Code.

Heard and considered the arguments advanced by learned

counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused

the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that allegation

levelled against the petitioner are similar to that of the co-accused

Bajrang Lal who has already been granted benefit of bail; benefit

of bail has also been granted to other co-
