The present interim bail application has been filed under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, who is in judicial

custody in connection with F.I.R. No.347/2017, Police Station

Rajgarh, District Churu, registered for the offence punishable

under Sections 148 and 302 read with 149 of the Indian Penal

Code.

Heard and considered the arguments advanced by the

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Public

Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the

present bail application has been filed by the petitioner seeking

interim bail for a period of one month on the ground of his own
