2)This revision petition under sec.397/401 CrPC read with

sec.53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of

Children) Act, 2000 has been filed against the order dated

20^th January 2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge,

Churu in Cr. Appeal No.02/2012 whereby the court below

dismissed appeal of the petitioner moved under sec.52 of

the Act and uphold order dated 13^th January 2012

dismissing him bail under sec.12 of the 2000 passed by
