This review petition has been filed by the appellants seeking

the review of the order dt. 03.02.2020 passed by this Court in

S.B.Civil Misc. Appeal No.2785/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently,

stay application was not pressed on 03.02.2020, whereas the

interim stay order was confirmed by this Court on 15.11.2017 and

stay application was also disposed of on that day. In these

circumstances, the order dt. 03.02.2020 may be recalled.

For the reasons mentioned in the review petition, the petition

is allowed. The order dt. 03.02.2020 is hereby recalled.
