The petitioner has filed the instant habeas corpus petition

seeking direction for production of his minor daughter Mst. ‘B’ in

this Court. She has been produced in the Court by Mr. Ratanlal,

ASI and Ms. Paras, MFC, Police Station Siriyari, District Pali.

We conferred with her ‘in camera’. She was traced out during

the course of investigation and acting under the direction of the

CWC concerned, has been returned into the guardianship of her

parents. Today also, on conferring with the corpus ‘in camera’, she

expressed her desire for being sent to her father’s house.

Accordingly, the order of the CWC concerned is confirmed and the

corpus shall continue to be under the guardianship of the present

petitioner.

The habeas corpus petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
